How it works

• Applications can be made by private individuals or agents acting on their behalf.
• Kingsway has agreed to act as the agent for BBF in receiving applications for grant-aided English language courses.
• Kingsway will process the English language course part of the application and forward to BBF the application for funding.
• The decision on whether the course will be grant-aided is taken by BBF and Kingsway is informed of its decision.
• The applicant or agent will be notified of the decision at which point they can decide if they wish to proceed with the booking.
• The payment from the fund is made directly to Kingsway at the start of the applicant’s English course, therefore the amount of the grant is shown as a deduction on Kingsway’s invoice to the applicant.
• The applicant or agent must make the balancing payment prior to the start of the English course.
